    هل تخيلتم يوما أن تكون الأطعمة التي نتناولها سبباً إضافيا في توترنا؟ يبدو أن هذا الأمر حقيقي، إذ أن بعض الأطعمة لا يتم هضمها أو معالجتها بشكل جيد في الجسم مما يؤدي إلى مشاكل في القناة الهضمية أو التهاب أو اختلال هرموني.

    ومع مرور الوقت، حاول الجسم الدفاع من خلال زيادة مستويات الكورتيزول هرمون التوتر لدينا، وعندما يتم إفرازه بكميات كبيرة، يمكن أن يتسبب ذلك في اختلالات أخرى في الجسم، أي أن التوتر وصحة القناة الهضمية يرتبطان ببعضهما ارتباطًا وثيقًا، لذلك عندما يؤثر الطعام سلبًا على القناة الهضمية، تزداد مستويات التوتر لدينا!
